What Nanny Time is

Nanny Time is a household app for managing a nanny's schedule, hours, time off, and pay. It is built for private use by a family and the people they invite.

Information the app stores

• Account information. You sign in with Sign in with Apple. We receive your Apple account identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address (which may be Apple's private relay address).
• Household data you enter. Schedules, logged hours, pay records, time-off balances, notes, and nanny profile details (such as name and birthday). This data exists because you typed it in.

Where it lives

Your data is stored on your device and, if you enable Family Sync, in a private database (hosted on Supabase in the United States) that only signed-in members of your household can access. Access is enforced at the database level.

What we don't do

• No advertising and no ad tracking.
• No third-party analytics.
• No selling, renting, or sharing your data with anyone. Ever.
• No data collection beyond what the app needs to function.

Sharing within your household

If you join a household, other members of that household can see the schedule and related records according to their role. Members with a nanny role can see payment status but not payment amounts.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time. To delete your account or your household's synced data, contact us and we will remove it.

Children

Nanny Time is intended for adults managing household employment. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
